Coronavirus Update For Our Office And Clients

To our clients:

As of Monday, March 23, 2020, our Ronkonkoma office will be open part-time due to the corona virus and NYS mandate, until further notice. We will be available via email or phone. We have included a link to our website for contact information: https://www.bergercpa.com

Regarding your personal income tax preparation and filing, you can email your information to us at anne@bergercpa.com , or to your accountant’s email directly, or you can mail in your documents. If you are using the mail service, be sure to send your package in with a tracking number if for any reason the package does not arrive, or you can send us copies (we do not need the original documents), or call the office to drop off your information.

The due date for filing and paying your income taxes has been extended to July 15, 2020.

Our Westhampton Beach office will remain open but have limited hours also, so please call first if you are planning to go there for any reason.

For our business clients, at this point, we are no longer traveling to our business clients on a monthly basis. We will get your Payroll and Sales Tax, and any other tax filings done timely. Your accountant will be in contact with you.
